What the client recieved
- 47 daysFrom kickoff on August 21 to launch on October 7.
- 5Brand directions reviewed together, then combined into one.
- 2Draft rounds before launch.
- Launched ahead of the October 26 date in the project plan.
- A fresh website with custom CSS code for seamless integration into their main booking site.
- A palette and font pair to reuse on business cards, posts, and videos.
- A how-to edit video for simple self-edits.
BeforeWhere we started
The original website had stalled out, and the owner wanted professional help. The practice was also changing shape. It was moving from athletics toward broader wellness, with massage, yoga, sound baths, and meditation at the center.
- A look that feels ancient, elemental, and spiritual. Think dark orange and red, brown, gold, green, tan, and maybe purple.
- Brand colors and fonts to build around. Only a logo existed so far.
- One scrolling home page and a few supporting pages.
- Links out to MassageBook for booking and to YouTube for video.
- A way to update the site in-house over time.
What the walkthrough shows
- Template placeholder contact details in the footer.
- A logo cut off at the edge of the screen.
- Colors that did not match the logo.
- Gallery clips that did not fit the services, like a trail run and a kale salad.
- Content that spilled past the edge of the page.

A refined draft with a phone preview. The footer logo and the wording for the YouTube button were chosen.
- Oct 5 to 7
Domain and launch
The domain harmonyhealingdfw.com was chosen. The site went live on October 7, and ownership moved to the client.
- Oct 9 to 10

A phone-view tweak was fixed and confirmed on both an iPhone and a laptop.
- Oct 13
Handoff
A custom how-to video, so the site can be edited in-house.
The brand systemColors and fonts that fit the practice

HandoffBuilt so the team can run it in-house
Each client gets a how-to video recorded on their own site. This one shows how to make simple edits in Squarespace, like changing text, images, and prices.
- The client owns the site, the Squarespace plan, and the domain.
- The video lives in a shared folder, and the folder stays open.
- Always Blooming can still make updates later, billed hourly.
